Walk With Me Reviews

3 Chicks After Dark The relationship Seth and Eli form is one of close friend and confidant. ...Walk with Me isn't all seriousness and emotion. It's actually quite funny! The dialogue between Eli and Seth is like what you find between happy, fun loving friends. ...I cannot think of a better finale for the Home series. Cameos are interspersed along the way. Eli and Seth's story spans the beginning to end of the series, capturing everything from their perspective. It's an emotional journey with Seth and Eli but also one for readers of the Home Series as we celebrate love and commitment but also say goodbye to Emile City.

Amos Lassen Cardeno writes with emotion and I have learned that is a characteristic of his prose. In fact, he does so in a way that we do not even realize that he is doing so....There is a lot of humor in the story also. ...There are also some very hot sex scenes and Seth's sexual prowess may surprise you. ....This is one of those books that you read for pure pleasure and I am pretty sure that Cardeno wrote it with pleasure. I am still smiling.

Fallen Angel Reviews I enjoyed Eli's character as he attempted to get Seth to fall for him and it was only his young age that helped Seth keep him at arm's length. ....It was hard to define what the funniest part of the story was....Eli finally got his man, but it wasn't until he had given up proving that persistence does pay off! The love between Eli and Seth was beautiful and inspiring.

Fiction Vixen My love for a good angsty read aside, I've found that the thing I like best about Cardeno C.'s stories is that the couples easily connect and have wonderful chemistry....This book touched me. I'm not sure if it was the sweet friendship, the sense that these two were meant for each other or the fact that their families and friends were so supportive and loving, but I was all in almost from the moment I read the first page. The wedding announcements that preface each chapter were amusing and I adored how the author used them to inject humor and set the theme throughout the book....Walk With Me is the seventh book in the Home series, but can easily be read as a stand-a-lone. I haven't read the rest of the series and I had no problem following along. If the thought of reading through the whole series to get to this one feels a bit daunting, I thinks it's safe to just skip ahead and pick this one up.

Gay List Book Reviews Nina: This book is everything that the Home series means to me. Love, friendship, family, growth, relationships, dreams, romance, hot sex, faith, hope, beauty and a delicious kiss of angst. ... This book made me laugh, frequently out loud, there were looks. There are some of the funniest scenes I have ever read in a romance. Beans: Walk with Me is the best book Cardeno C has written in the Home series. It was everything I look for in a good book. The characters felt real. The story drew me in from the first page to the last. It was sweet, funny, lovely, and sexy as all hell. ... I laughed so hard my stomach hurt. I laughed even harder the second time I read the book. Yes I have read it four times already...it's that good. And the the sex? Wowza. Hold on to your hats ladies and gentlemen. Cardeno C takes off the brakes and kicks it into high gear. ...This story is a must read. Yes, you can read it before you read any others, but after you do, you will want to know about all the other men of the Home Series.
